The Philippine side of hiring, handled end to end.
PH Talent Partner helps international companies hire outstanding Philippine-based talent — technical writers, IT support, developers, and more. We source locally, screen rigorously, score every candidate on weighted scorecards, and keep an ongoing pipeline warm.
We don't replace your HR team. We're the on-the-ground partner that hands your team a shortlist worth interviewing.
No retained cost to start — on success-fee engagements you pay only when you hire.
8-step auditable pipeline
Every stage is logged — from market check to hiring decision.
Scorecards on every shortlist
Weighted, comparable criteria — not gut feel or forwarded CVs.
A pipeline that outlives one role
Strong runners-up stay in our pool, ready for your next opening.
How we work
An auditable pipeline, end to end
Recruitment here is a repeatable system, not a leap of faith. Scroll — or tap a step — to see exactly what happens between your intake form and a signed offer.
Requirement Intake
You describe the role — title, technical requirements, experience level, communication expectations, schedule and timezone overlap, and budget band. This becomes the requirement we recruit against.
PH Market Check
Before sourcing starts, we report realistic Philippine availability and compensation for the role, so expectations on both sides are set on facts.
Sourcing
We find and approach candidates through local channels, logging every candidate against your requirement with their source channel and profile.
Initial Screening
Each candidate is screened against your must-haves. We record structured pass, fail, or hold notes — no CVs forwarded without a human review.
Initial Interview
A structured first interview per candidate: date, interviewer, and notes captured in the system, with an optional recording link.
Candidate Scorecard
Every candidate is scored on the same weighted criteria for the role — technical depth, written English, tools, independence, schedule fit — so comparisons are fair and auditable.
Shortlist & Recommend
You receive a written shortlist: who we recommend, why, and their scorecards — a client-ready view, not a raw pile of resumes.
Company Interview & Hiring Decision
You interview, you decide. We coordinate the PH side, record the outcome — hired, rejected, or on hold — and keep strong runners-up in the pool for future roles.
Engagement models
Plain-language pricing, no surprises
Three ways to work with us. Every engagement is tagged with its fee model in our system, so what we agree is what gets invoiced.
Success Fee
Most commonA percentage of first-year compensation, paid only on hire.
You pay nothing while we search. When a candidate you hired starts, we invoice the agreed percentage of their first-year compensation.
- Who it's for
- Companies that hire occasionally and want zero upfront cost or risk.
- How billing works
- No invoices until your hire starts. If the role never gets filled, the search costs you nothing.
Fixed Fee
A flat fee per placement, agreed before the search starts.
One predictable price per successful placement, set at intake — regardless of where the final salary lands.
- Who it's for
- Teams that want budget certainty and a simple internal approval process.
- How billing works
- The fee is fixed at intake and invoiced on the candidate's start date. High or low offer, the fee stays the same.
Monthly Retainer
An ongoing pipeline, built and kept warm month over month.
A recurring monthly fee for continuous sourcing and screening, so a bench of pre-vetted PH talent is ready before you even open a role.
- Who it's for
- Companies hiring continuously across multiple roles, or planning a team build-out.
- How billing works
- A fixed monthly fee invoiced at the start of each month. Hires from the active pipeline follow the retainer terms — no per-hire success fee on top.
